- Won suspension of deportation in client’s appeal to Ninth Circuit in Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) case.
- Application for asylum granted to client in female genital mutilation case.

- Gathered evidence on Haiti/Dominican Republic border establishing basis of winning suit obtaining finding violation of rights of Dominican sugarcane plantation workers in Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

- Recruited, trained, supervised and managed team of more than 17 staff overseeing voters’ rights efforts in 11 New York counties over the course of three election years.
